Scott Zielinski is the CEO of Beheso, bringing over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and strategic operations across tech, real estate, and behavioral health. He founded and scaled SearchSpring, a leading e-commerce SaaS platform, before moving into high-end real estate development with Koltek Investments and later launching RKDA Capital, a multifamily investment firm. In 2025, Scott joined Plugged In Recovery as COO, combining his business acumen with a passion for impact. At Beheso, he leads with a vision to help treatment providers achieve compliance, accreditation, and growth.

James Currier

James brings over a decade of behavioral health experience and a strong background in clinical leadership. With a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling, he has spent the past five years in executive roles, guiding organizations through licensing, audits, and accreditation with The Joint Commission, CARF, and AzDHS. James is known for turning compliance challenges into operational strengths, with a hands-on approach rooted in regulatory expertise and a deep commitment to quality care.
James’s vision is to elevate behavioral health programs by turning compliance into a catalyst for high-quality, client-centered care.
Joseph Malinconico
Chief Compliance Officer
Joseph J. Malinconico is a seasoned compliance and operations leader with over 20 years of experience improving efficiency through Lean methodologies and strategic process design. At the Arizona Department of Health Services, he led regulatory investigations and Kaizen events that streamlined compliance and reduced administrative burden. With a background in corporate operations at Walmart and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and NCIT–CLEAR, Joseph excels at aligning teams, driving change, and ensuring systems meet both regulatory and organizational goals.
