Our standard service includes 10 dedicated consulting hours each month, giving you consistent access to our team of compliance experts. We’re available to review new documents, offer guidance on licensing questions, assist with survey preparation, and help troubleshoot operational challenges as they arise. You don’t have to wait for an audit to get support—we’re here to help you stay ahead of it.

Every quarter, we conduct a thorough review of 15 client files to assess documentation practices, ensure required forms and data are present, and identify any patterns of noncompliance before they become a problem. These audits not only keep you aligned with standards, but also help improve staff performance and accountability. Additional file reviews are available at a fixed rate.

When issues arise—whether it’s a corrective action plan from AzDHS, a surprise inspection, or a question from AzRHA—we’re there to guide you through it.
